Refund policy

Returns If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, please email us at hello@visioninglab.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at hello@visioninglab.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items returned after 14 days
